This lovely full-size French violin is in fabulous condition. No damage or restorations.

Label reads Dulcis & Fortis and is branded JTL (Jerome Thibouville Lamy) on top block.

Lustrous deep red varnish, original throughout. Typical one piece back of fairly plain maple.

It has a new set-up with quality ebony & rosewood fittings with a professionally cut bridge. Brand new Pirastro Tonica strings.

Powerful open clear tone without being brash, easy response across strings.

Length of back 360mm. Suitable for a student aiming for Grade 8 and beyond.
